I did this food magazine cover as a personal project. The project involved recipe development, food preparation, food and prop styling, photography and graphic design. I prepared three versions of the cover.
I did the styling in a rustic country style. I used natural light and edited the photos to a dark & moody feel. The first cover shows a lavish table ready for the feast, the second one features the galette herself and the third cover shows the preparation of the cake including ingredients and kitchen tools.
