Tropical Pavlova – Recipe

Creating these editorial pages involved recipe development, cake baking, cake and prop styling, photography and graphic design. I graphically designed the recipe and the cake decorating process.

The base of the recipe is an egg white and sugar corpus filled with Parisian chocolate cream and whipped cream, decorated with tropical fruits such as mango, kiwi, figs, passion fruit and pomegranate.
